A love of sewing and fabrics

A lifelong love of sewing and of beautiful fabrics finally turned into my profession 5 years ago, and I have never looked back. My career had been in biomedical science, putting a chemistry degree to good use in hospital laboratories in north London and Hertfordshire. But as my children got older and more independent, I wanted to take on a new challenge, and to control my own working life. Setting up Jones Soft Furnishings allowed me to do this, giving a much better work life balance. Although I still use some of my science/maths logic to solving problems in the soft furnishings world.

It was one of the best decisions I made and I have never looked back.

Jones Soft Furnishings has established a track record of supplying quality hand-made items at an excellent price in north-west London and neighbouring counties. Our customer base has grown steadily since we were established in 2018, with many customers also returning for further work. We are frequently recommended on internet forums and pride ourselves on the fact that many of our jobs come from satisfied customers referring us to their friends, relatives and neighbours.
